Tiny House on Wheels without the loft

I love the Tiny House movement, community, or lifestyle.  But I'm just not that crazy about sleeping on a loft.   Although I have seen some without the sleeping loft, this one by far is my favorite.  It was featured on Yahoo's homepage.

    I have a 40 foot 3 axle goose neck RV that I am striping down for a similar project. I would really like to see more detail on this project and a floor plan

    These are obviously extremely expensive since no one ever lists any prices.
