I love Google Adsense

Seriously if it wasn't for Google Adsense, I would not be so eager to blog.  Although I love blogging, I also believe that time is money.  And that time wasted is money wasted.  And because I blog alot... I mean I blog alot.  So far I really don't know how many blogs I have.  I have so many, because I have multiple hobbies. and one of them happens to be blogging.  I have this particular blog, which I call "Mumble Jumble".  because I don't have to have a particular topic to blog on this blog.  I can just post just about anything.

Then I have a religious blog.  Where I post all of my religious experiences and stuff.  I just recently started another blog for Wedding Invitation Designs.  I love designing them so I just started posting all of my designs there.  Here's the link to that blog, just in case you're interested, http://mirandastationery.blogspot.com/

I also have a Twilight Saga blog, but I haven't posted anything since July 6, 2010.  I can't wait for the final movie which will include two parts.  I think.

Then I have one for Miranda Design Studio but for what... I also ready have a website for that business, and therefore I haven't updated it in a while.

I also authored a book called "Houses of Worship" and I ofcourse created a blog for that, but I use it for a website for the book.  http://housesofworship.blogspot.com/

I can go on and on but you'll probably think I'm crazy, so I'll stop my list there.

Ricecooker from Walmart

I truly love my new rice cooker.  It isn't just a rice cooker it's also a vegetable steamer. One of my goals this year was to eat more vegetables, steamed vegetables not fried vegetables or vegetables smothered with high cholesterol gravy.  I wanted my vegetable to be healthy.  And this new rice cooker with a steamer tray is perfect.  I bought it at Walmart.com for ... I think it was less than $15.00

6-cup Rice Cooker

I take the tips of the fresh green beans on both sides.  I get for $.99 cents per lb. at Kroger.

Rising the green beans on the steamer tray of my rice cooker.

the tray goes right on top of the rice cooker.

and it looks like this with the steamer tray.

The Tourist - Movie Review

The Tourist
Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp

I love this movie.  It has twist and turn and never really know what to expect.  Smart movie and how can you not when the two most beautiful people in the world are the main character.  It was well directed and a movie that you just got to pay attention and waiting for the next scene.  I love it.  5 Stars from me.

ABOUT THE MOVIE "The Tourist"

Frank (Johnny Depp), a mild-mannered American on vacation in Venice, Italy, is befriended by Elise (Angelina Jolie), a breathtakingly beautiful woman with a mysterious secret. Soon, their playful romantic dalliance turns into a complicated web of dangerous deceit as they are chased by Interpol, the Italian police, and Russian hit men in this suspense-filled, international action thriller. Rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America for violence and brief strong language.

Ong Bak 3 - Movie Review

Ong Bak 3 by RedBox.com

If you like action and not your typical American Style movie, this is the one.  I love it.  Totally gets 5 stars out of 5.  It has story line, characters that can actually act.  Superhero, the beautiful girl, it has cultural, good ending and some bad ass "ass kicking" martial out of this world!!!  I love it.

ABOUT THE MOVIE

ONG BAK 3 picks up where ONG BAK 2 concluded. Tien is captured and almost beaten to death before he is saved and brought back to the Kana Khone villagers. There, he is taught meditation and how to deal with his Karma, but very soon his arch rival returns challenging Tien for a final duel. Rated R by the Motion Picture Association of America for strong violence and bloody images.
River of Darkness by RedBox

I didn't even bother watching this movie because it looks like it was shot by an amateurs.  It's bootleg, low budget film making.  It doesn't event get 1 star with me.
ABOUT THE MOVIE - RIVER OF DARKNESS

When unspeakable evil falls on a quiet river town, Sheriff Logan (Kurt Angle) is thrust into a chilling nightmare of death and mayhem. Confronted by a series of horrific murders, each more brutal than the last, he soon learns the community’s seedy past has spawned a vile evil … one that has risen from purgatory to exact revenge. Rated R by the Motion Picture Association of America for some bloody violence.

Red Box Movies - Review - Here After

Really good movie.  This movie gets 4 Stars out of 5.  It really makes you think about the hereafter.  Love the story line and how they merge all 3 stories together and each affected one.  Love it.  Must watch it.  That girl really played that role, Cecile de France.
ABOUT THE MOVIE  "HEREAFTER"
"Hereafter" tells the story of three people who are touched by death in different ways. George (Matt Damon) is a blue-collar American who has a special connection to the afterlife. On the other side of the world, Marie (Cecile De France), a French journalist, has a near-death experience that shakes her reality. And when Marcus, a London schoolboy, loses the person closest to him, he desperately needs answers. Each on a path in search of the truth, their lives will intersect, forever changed by what they believe might--or must--exist in the hereafter.

What happened to Walmart $1 per yard fabrics?

I remember just couple of years ago or so... when I enter Walmart, the first thing on my mind was the fabrics on sale.  They would have pile and piles of fabrics that they sale for $1 per yard.  and then one day... the section just disappeared and when I asked a Walmart associate, she said they replaced it with scrapbooking bullcrap.  Seriously... please put it back.  Although they were just remants of fabrics,  i really enjoyed and appreciated it because for once it made me learn how to use my sewing machine and make window curtains and toss pillows.  and now I need to make roman shades but can't afford the high price fabrics.

Just Mumble Jumble

I really hate it when people ask you to do work for them and know dang well they ain't got no money to pay for the services.  I spent majority of my weekend time last week helping this individual with her books and then when we are just about done, she tells me she don't have no money and that I shouldn't charge her because the project I had some corrections anyway.  She ain't gonna get me like that again.

First of all she refused to let me have the originals so I could scan them for her properly.  I ended up taking snap shots of the originals to create her so called children activity books.  and now I think of it, she didn't pay for both  books and got the nerve to tell me to fix her 3rd books, which I recall no payment made from it.  She's a fucking user.  She better not call me again or she's gonna see the real me.  OMG!  I am really upset about that.  Seriously guys, you have no idea how much time I spent on her stuff.  Anyway, so she comes by my house and tells me that the money she was suppose to give to me which was about $25 - $35 she forgot on her dresser and that she was gonna see me sometimes this week anyway.  Hell no, I didn't hear from her.

If there's a next time, I'm going to let her know that there is a fee first.

So we suppose to be working on another publication, right.  And she suppose to have a meeting with the client this week and I told her I have the rough draft of both books but no call from the bitch.  I might regret writing this but I just need to let this out of my system.

Thanks Mumble Jumble.

I already know my issues.  I should have let her know that I will charge for the corrections and require 1/2 down payment prior to beginning the project.

Laura's place

I love the use of those white plastic baskets from the $1 store.

bold wall color..

I like her area rug and chairs.

Kate's place

I envy this space.  I want all those shelving units.

It makes me wanna redo my tub and bathroom flooring.

I like that coffee table and the simplicity of that chair.

Jess's Place

Love this room its looks so inviting

Love the dresser and the mirror.  Must try that

I think these bookshelves are perfect for my store.

I'm crazy about entertainment center with organizations.

Jess's Place is ok

Jess's Place

I no longer have a small space.  I now have a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house with a large screened front room.  I have tall ceilings and these photos from apartment therapy gave ideas on how to cure those empty large wall space.  I love using an area rug as wall art.   and I love the use of ottoman on this space.

I do love those black low bookshelves.  You can really be free with what to include at the top of the bookshelves, such as TV and artwork like this person did.

I thought the dining table and chairs was a bit too much for me.  with the dividers.  But that credenza and mirror with that lamp its perfect.

Ariel's Place

i actually need that dresser I have tons of things that could use this drawer.  and I love that American signage.

Very creative way to create a room in a room with a wrap around bookshelves.

Gorgeous round table perfect for any room like this.

It makes me wanna get a banana plant.

Adams Place

You see that couch.  I love it.  I actually thought of designing one of these while back myself.  it looks like a twin bed on a flat form with a huge cylinder shaped pillow. with tassel in the center?

Love the idea of a black wall-papered wall.

Urban Bike Trailer

I knew somebody was going to invent it.  I love this idea or should I say this invention and its totally available.  finally the Burley Travoy Bike Trailer.  Is it pricey?  Yes, i think it is.  It looks like it cost more than my bike.  I don't even know if its available in the US  but let me check ebay real quick.  In the mean time check out this video.

and the other night at Starbucks... I ran into a man who traverse the US of A on a bike.  The dude looks homeless but you really couldn't tell when he was inside.  He was tall, white but looks physically fit.  But when I saw him leaving outside with his bike.  He's bike looks like it was build for the road ahead, a bike for superman. But he had a hitch.  He told the hitch was used to carry baby or children but someone threw it away and he kept it.  It has been his companion since.  So I look them up on Ebay and they cost about $100 to $200.  Cheaper than the Urban Bike Trailer but ofcourse without all of the goodies the the Trevoy has to offer.
It looks like the picture above but probably better.  I want one of these.  It looks like it can carry a load.  But for now the Urban Bike Trailer is my choice of bike carriage.

Bike Carts

My daughter and I with her boyfriend drove to the grocery store today.  and a bicycle caught my eye.  It wasn't just any bike this bike had a motor on it.  I was thinking about getting a bike with a motor.  But I wasn't sure about their safety issues just yet.  but after today got me going to the internet and googleing on Youtube Bicycles with 80cc motors.  I found some gas motor kit on ebay.  and I found some videos that I found interesting.  But upon further googling I ran into Bike and their carts.  here are some photos I found.

Most countries these days embrace the bike as a mean of your everyday transportation.  They are very good for your health.  You get exercise.  Very good for the environment no pollutant from riding one.  and very good for your pocket.  Just about everyone can afford it.  and they can be converted into all sort of means.  Like the dude above.  uses it as a taxi cab.

People use their bike for more than sighting.  with a little adjustment and some creative attachements they can haul stuff!

I found this photo.  Can you believe someone stole this along with the cart.  Badass cart though!

I'm letting you know right now.  This is not happening with me.

Talk about hauling!

they can even carry your children.  Just as long as they don't try to get off the cart.

yep.

love it.

I first thought this was baby stuff but its actually a carriage for your beach stuff. wow!  unlimited use.

yep.

I love this.  3 wheel bike.

i like this attachement.

just a good idea.  I bet its expensive.  But I can put my groceries in it.  and not the baby.  My dog will probably throw a fit and claws his way out of it.

This is the ultimate cart for my bike.  It will fit all of my computer gear.
Via @popwuping & @uncrate, a seat post attached trailer that converts to a shopping cart when you reach your destination. "The Burley Travoy is for the urban cyclist a useful alternative to the conventional axel hitch trailer. Fully collapsible and made of a lightweight aluminum frame the Travoy hitches to the seat post of any bike, and carries up to 60 pounds on it's two large wheels."

this dude is just crazy.  riding a bike on his flip flops.  what kind of shit is that.  LOL! you thought I was going to say something else...huh?

cool.

I want one.

that guy looked like... why u taking pictures of me for?

when you got loads... you got loads.

I don't think so.  but awesome idea.

is that possible?  What they should do is use the bike at the bottom to hitch that thing.

that's awesome.

awesome bike cart.
