Chai Tea comparison
I gave up coffee. But I felt like I needed something to replace it with. Somehow I tried Chai Tea latte from Starbucks and I was hooked. So I looked up on the internet how to make homemade Chai Tea, because it cost about $5 bucks at Starbucks. and the health benefits seems to outweigh the coffee.
After purchasing, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, star anise, ginger, honey, clove and black tea... It was an attempt and failure. It was then I decided to try the tea bags and I've been hooked ever since.
This next couple of weeks, I am going to try these two types of Chai Tea. and I will let you guys know which one I think it's best for me and why.

This week I am testing the these two Chai Tea
One by Private Selection "Chai Black Tea"
and the other is by Pacific Chai "Spice Chai Latte"
I'm trying the Pacific Chai Spice Latte first. This is the first time I'm trying a powdered version.
I've had 3 cups so far today. What I like about it is:
- It's easy to make. Pour a couple of table spoon in a cup and pour your hot water in. Stir and serve.
- I do like the taste.
What I don't like, so far
- The list of ingredients: Sugar, Nondairy Creamer (Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate (A Milk Derivative). Dipotassium Phosphate, Sugar, Mono and Diglycerides, silicon Dioxide, Tetrasodium Phyrophosphate, So Lecithin), Nonfat Dry Milk, Sweet Whey, Black Tea, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Spice Blend (Cinammon, Anise, Cloves, Ginger,) Honey.
will update this blog after tasting the other one.
